A lightly hopped summer thirst quencher! This beer is based on the traditional German sour beer, Berliner Weisse.
Hailuoto Weisse is a sour beer that can be enjoyed with blueberry syrup (about 3 cl of syrup per 5 dl of beer). The beer is brewed with lactic acid bacteria and yeast naturally present on the malt's surface.
